Carolyn Wells is a mother of four adult children and a seasoned Talent Acquisition director, shaping the future of hiring at an award-winning medical device manufacturer in California.

With a passion for people-centered leadership, she holds a Leadership Executive Certificate from the prestigious Jack Welch Management Institute and is pursuing her MBA in Human Resources Management.
