Carolyn Wells is the mother of four adult children and Head of Talent Acquisition at an award-winning medical device manufacturing company in California.

Carolyn enjoys living in a vibrant Midwestern suburb and volunteering with nature-centric nonprofit organizations. When she is not creating memorable candidate experiences, she devotes her time to creative expression through her writings and home decor stylings.
